Xspot Product Line

Xspot Products makes low-voltage installation simpler with re-usable wire endpoints, mounting options, locator tools, technology specific grommets, and a focus on motorized shade wiring solutions designed to solve common construction and wiring problems. Several leading shade manufacturers, including Crestron, Graber, and SI, are actively training on Xspot products as a recommended installation method, helping drive Xspot as the standard for a faster, cleaner, and easier process from rough-in to trim-out.

Xspot Core Components

WIRE ENDPOINTS: attaches to your wire and contains a strong magnet used for locating behind the surface. Endpoints are Re-Usable.

MOUNTING OPTIONS: secures wire endpoint to a precise location. Options include strap, rings, brackets and cover plates

SLACKBOXES: protects your wire from spray foam

LOCATOR TOOLS: locates buried wire endpoints in minutes through 1 inch of wood, 3/4 inch wallboard, accurate to 1/4 inch.

TRIM OPTIONS: finishes the wire opening with a clean, professional fit and finish

Wire Endpoints

Xspot Wire Endpoints use strong rare earth magnets allowing them to be precisely found with Xspot Locator Tools. Attach the endpoint to one of our mounts and bury your wires with confidence. The Xspot System is easy to use and requires no special skills or experience. Best of all Xspot Wire Endpoints are re-usable!

	Alpha	The Alpha wire endpoint device is a universal solution for speakers, cameras, lighting, control, video, and more.
	Groove	The Groove wire endpoint device is designed to mount into solid wood framing, walls, and ceilings - ideally suited for motorized blinds.
	Profile	Profile wire endpoint device is designed to place wires in small spaces, down to 1/2 inch.

Mounts & Brackets

Xspot mounts and brackets offer universal and technology specific mounting options for the wire endpoint devices.

	XStrap	The XStrap is a universal mounting option for speakers, lighting, security, control and more.
	Smooth	The new Smooth mounts an Alpha into exterior siding that requires a smooth finish perfect for Cameras that require a small hole.
	Edge	Edge bracket is perfect for mounting cameras into stucco on exterior walls. Works with the Alpha endpoint.
	Steel	The Steel bracket mounts the Alpha endpoint device into steel studs.
	XCover Plate Single	Cover Plate Single mounts the Groove endpoint device onto a single gang metal box.
	XCover Plate 4Square Double	Cover Plate 4Square Double mounts the Groove endpoint device onto a 4 square or double gang metal box.
	XCover Plate Octagonal	Cover Plate Octagonal mounts the Groove endpoint device onto a octagonal metal box.
	XRing	The XRing is used to mount the Alpha endpoint device for any technology that Trims out to a single gang box.
	XScrews	XScrews avoid splitting the Strap using Truss head #8 with self-tapping heads. Works with metal or wood studs. Box of 100.
	XSquare	The XSquare is designed for prewiring square European-style wall jacks and Lutron keypads. It mounts with outer flanges or recessed corner screw holes for a low-profile fit, while ensuring precise leveling with high-voltage jacks.
	Smooth Fin	The Smooth Fin bracket was designed as a retro-fit solution mounting into a one inch wire hole and locking into sheetrock utilizing the "fins". The Alpha wire endpoint snaps into the Smooth Fin holding your wire in place until you're ready to Trim. Another innovative Xspot's Level 5 Trim© solution that leaves your customer with a professional project.

Wire Management & Armor

Xspot has introduced a solution that protects your wires in the walls and ceilings from spray foam insulation.

	Slackbox Bubble	Slackbox Bubble holds up to 8 inches of wire, protecting wires from spray foam insulation ideal for motorized blinds.
	Slackbox Six	Slackbox Six is an innovative solution to protect your wires from spray foam insulation.

Trim & Grommets

Xspot now offers wire grommets that cover open holes and hold wire firmly in place.

	Trimport	A clean, professional finish for cable pass-throughs and low-voltage openings. The Trimport seats precisely in a 1" hole and features a removable outer flange for a perfectly flush, minimalist look. Its integrated wire holder grips your cables so they won’t slide back into the wall—whether your gear is installed yet or not.
	XGrommet	A simple, elegant way to finish low-voltage wire openings (wire holes). The XGrommet drops into a 1-inch opening, delivers a clean finished surface, and can be painted to disappear into any wall color. Pop off the outer flange for a perfectly flush finish when you want that ultra-minimal look.
	Notch	The Notch Grommet delivers a clean, professional finish for motorized shade and drapery installations. Designed for bulky pre-terminated wires, it trims the one-inch opening with a sleek insert—setting the new standard for premium installations.
	Drop Cap	The Drop Cap is the final piece in the Xspot Level 5 Trim© solutions. It slips over any Xspot grommet, covers the wire hole, and directs the wire in any direction. Paint to match for an almost invisible result.
	Keystone Xport	The Keystone Xport fits a one-inch wire opening and accepts any keystone insert for a clean, versatile solution. Part of Xspot’s Level 5 Trim© solutions, it delivers the polished finish professionals expect in low-voltage wiring.
	XSnap	The XSnap Grommet delivers both function and finish. With a recessed screw mount and Snap Cap, it secures wires and bulky fittings while closing the one-inch opening with precision.
	XPOE	The XPOE wire grommet with keystone port accepts RJ45 and other inserts, conceals slack wiring, and hides bulky fittings. Lock in the XPOE with the screw mount and finish with the Snap Cap for a flawless, polished trim every time.

Locator Tools

Xspot locator tools use some of the strongest rated magnets and the power of reverse polarity to locate wire endpoint devices within minutes accurate to 1/4 inch.

	Xtreme Locator Tools	The Xtreme Locator tool set include one each 78 lb pull deep sensing tool and one centering tool which finds the Xspot in minutes accurate to 1/4 inch.
	Quantum	Quantum locator tool is designed to identify the Groove in window headers.
