Why we partnered with Xspot

“When a project is designed down to the last detail, the power connection should not look like an afterthought. Our partnership with Xspot gives dealers a cleaner and more repeatable way to prewire motorized drapery, helping the finished installation look as intentional as the product itself.”

Why we partnered with Wolf Drapery

“Wolf Drapery has become a benchmark for motorized shades across both the CEDIA and shade-and-drapery industries. Whenever we develop a new product for this category, we speak with multiple manufacturers about their processes, and Wolf is consistently referenced as the company setting the standard.

Manufacturers don’t view Wolf as competition—they view them as a trusted industry resource. Wolf is regularly involved in developing, evaluating and refining new products, and their experience helps shape where the market is headed.

For us, that makes Wolf an important reference point. When we want to make sure Xspot is developing in the right direction, we look to the standards Wolf has helped establish.”

Meet Wolf Drapery

Where Drapery Craftsmanship Meets Modern Automation

Wolf Drapery is a second-generation, family-owned company dedicated to adding function and beauty to interiors through custom window treatments. Since 1985, its team has handcrafted one-of-a-kind draperies, Roman shades and decorative drapery hardware, blending traditional workmanship with the technology required for today’s automated homes and commercial environments.

Wolf understands both sides of the project: the creative vision of the designer and the technical requirements of the integrator. Its custom products are made in the USA and designed to work with leading motor and control brands, giving dealers the flexibility, guidance and craftsmanship needed to deliver a complete window-treatment solution.

CRAFTED FOR EACH PROJECT

Wolf’s draperies and Roman shades are handmade to each project’s measurements, fabric selections and design requirements. Dealers may select from Wolf’s curated fabric collection or provide their client’s own material.

BUILT AROUND AUTOMATION

With decades of experience motorizing draperies and shades, Wolf understands how tracks, motors, controls, fabrics and installation details must work together—not simply how each component performs on its own.

EXPERT SUPPORT FROM START TO FINISH

Wolf combines skilled artisans, technical specialists and dedicated customer service under one roof. Dealers receive guidance with design, specifications, quoting, fabric requirements and integration challenges throughout the project.

THE COMBINED SOLUTION
A Better Way to Prewire Motorized Drapery

Place. Protect. Locate. Connect. Finish.

A beautifully made motorized drapery deserves an installation that is just as carefully considered. Traditional prewiring often leaves a low-voltage wall plate near the motor—functional, but conspicuous in an otherwise refined interior.

Wolf Drapery and Xspot give dealers a more intentional approach. Xspot secures the power or control cable at its planned location, protects the cable and stored slack throughout construction, and helps the installer retrieve it accurately after the finishes are complete. The connection can then be completed through a compact opening and discreetly trimmed.

The result is a repeatable workflow that saves time at trim, reduces uncertainty and helps the completed installation look like one coordinated system rather than a collection of separate parts.

Learn the Preferred Installation Method

Wolf Drapery and Xspot training walks dealers through the complete process—from selecting the correct cable location and securing the prewire to protecting the connection during construction, locating it after finishes are complete and creating a discreet final installation.

The preferred method helps technicians arrive at trim with the cable where they expect it, the slack protected and the opening kept to a minimum. Dealers can use the same process across projects to improve consistency while reducing avoidable troubleshooting and finish work.

Purchase Xspot Through Wolf Drapery

Wolf dealers will be able to purchase the Xspot components needed for their motorized drapery projects directly through Wolf Drapery at the same dealer pricing, with the added convenience of including them in the same project design and shopping cart. This makes it easier to order the appropriate wire-placement, protection, locating and trim products alongside the Wolf system they support.

Xspot products are currently being added to Wolf Drapery’s catalog. We’ll update this page and provide a direct ordering link as soon as everything is ready.
